Letters, documents and lectures from the years 1906 to 1914 as well as new approaches to the epistemological work in the years 1921 to 1924.

The documentation presented in this volume is concerned with the external and internal history of Rudolf Steiner's "Erkenntniskultischer Arbeitskreis" (Ritual Knowledge Working Circle) as it existed within his [[Esoteric School]] from 1906 to 1914. While in the Esoteric School instructions for individual inner development were imparted above all (see [[GA 264]]), Rudolf Steiner also established ritual actions here.
