Throughout this volume - as in fact through all of Rudolf Steiner's astronomical lectures - runs the fundamental idea that the real events in the cosmos cannot be viewed in such a way that only what is discovered with telescope and graduated circle is decisive, but rather that which finds its counterpart in the human being.
